We pack to a fixed standard and inventory every item before loading. If something is damaged in our care, we repair it, replace it or settle the claim through the transit insurance — you do not chase an insurer. Ask for the written terms with your quote.
Yes. Transit insurance is arranged before loading and the declared value is listed on the inventory you sign.
Three to five days is comfortable for a local shift, and a week for intercity. We do take same-day and next-day moves when a truck is free — call and ask.
