Pay online, get a GST invoice

How payment works

An advance is collected at loading and the balance on delivery. Every payment is receipted and a GST invoice follows by email. If you need an IBA approved bill for employer reimbursement, tell us at booking.

Before you pay

On the payment page you will be asked for four things. Keep them ready:

• Amount — the figure written on your quotation or bill
• Payment For — Quotation No., Bill No., CFR No. or GC No.
• Reference number — the number printed on that document
• Name, phone and email — so the receipt reaches you

Payment goes straight to the Kerala Road Lines company account through Razorpay. We never see your card number, and a receipt is emailed to you automatically.

Cancelled your move?

Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy — 100% back if you cancel three or more days before the shifting date.

We never ask for payment to a personal account or UPI ID. Pay only through this page or a Razorpay link sent from our office number.
