What we actually deliver, how long it takes on your route, and what happens if a truck is delayed.
Kerala Road Lines provides a physical service, not a downloadable product. What you are paying for is: a survey, packing material, a trained crew, packing, dismantling, loading, road transport, unloading, reassembly and placement at your new address — plus the paperwork: LR copy, inventory list, insurance declaration, GST invoice and, where needed, the IBA approved bill.
Transit time depends on the route and whether you have booked a dedicated truck or a shared part load.

The exact pickup date and expected delivery date are written on your quotation before you pay anything. There is no vague 'we will see'.
You get a single coordinator with a phone number, not a call centre queue. You can call 8592 817 878 or WhatsApp at any time and ask where the truck is, and you get a straight answer. For interstate moves we send a status update on WhatsApp on each day of transit.
If a delay is our fault, you pay nothing extra for it, and if the goods have to sit in our godown in the meantime, that storage is free.
If the delay is caused by something outside anyone's control — flood, landslide, strike, accident, highway closure, government restriction — your goods stay locked, insured and safe in our custody, and we keep you updated every day until they move again. We call you before you have to call us.

Kerala to Bangalore or Chennai on a dedicated truck is two to three days door to door, and three to five days on a shared part load. Other states take three to five days. We call you before you have to call us. If a delay is our fault, we do not charge you extra for the extra days, and storage in our godown during that period is free. If the delay is caused by a flood, a strike, an accident or a highway closure, we keep your goods safe and insured until the road opens, and we keep you informed every day.
97% of our deliveries land on the promised date. The date on your quotation is the date we work to. Where a road, a strike or the weather makes it impossible, we tell you as soon as we know — we do not go quiet.
