The rules of a booking, written in plain words — what we do, what you do, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Kerala Road Lines Packers & Movers is a GST-registered packers, movers and logistics company operating since 1989, with its head office at Ground Floor, 3/1837 B, T T S Building, Aandi Road, Elathur, Thalakulathur, Kozhikode, Kerala 673303. We are an IBA approved bill provider, ISO 9001:2015 certified and a GeM accredited service provider. These terms apply to every booking made with us, whether over the phone, on WhatsApp, through this website or in person.
A quotation is based on the inventory and the access conditions you tell us about, or on what our surveyor sees at the free survey. It is valid for 7 days from the date on it.
The price is fixed and written. It changes only if the job itself changes — you add items after the survey, the volume is materially larger than declared, the truck cannot reach the door and a shuttle vehicle is needed, or a floor has no working lift when we were told it did. In every such case we tell you the revised amount before we start work, not after. Nothing appears on the final bill that you have not agreed to.
A booking is confirmed when the advance is received. The balance is payable before unloading at the destination, unless a corporate credit arrangement is already in place.
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and bank transfer to the company account. Never pay into any individual's personal UPI ID or bank account. Every genuine payment goes to the Kerala Road Lines company account or through the payment link on this website, and you get a GST invoice for it.
We cannot accept, and you must not pack: cash, jewellery, gold, precious stones, share certificates, deeds and title documents, explosives, firearms, flammable and hazardous goods, illegal or prohibited items, perishable food, and live plants or animals. If such items are found in a consignment, we may refuse to move it, and we carry no liability for them.
Please carry cash, jewellery and original documents with you personally.
Every move carries our zero damage guarantee. Transit insurance is arranged before the truck moves, and the cover is based on the declared value of your goods — so declare honestly, because a claim is settled against what was declared.
We are an IBA approved bill provider. Bank and PSU employees on transfer receive the IBA format bill along with the GST invoice, LR copy, inventory list and insurance declaration, so the claim file is complete. Tell us at the time of booking so the paperwork is prepared in the format your employer needs. We only issue bills for moves we have actually performed.
